Con algo de retraso respecto a la mayoría de los medios, que ya se hicieron eco de ello la semana pasada, os ofrecemos el listado de nominados a los premios Eisner, también conocidos como los Óscars de los cómics.

image1Se han anunciado los nominados a los premios Eisner 2010, vigésima segunda edición, que se entregaran el proximo verano, durante la convención Comic-Con de San Diego. En la lista hay una (sorprendente, por nutrida) representación de nuestro país, con las portadas de Salvador Larroca para "Iron Man", el "I Kill giants" de Ken Niimura, el "Brave and the bold" de Jesús Saiz con J. Michael Straczynski y varios títulos de la editorial Ponent Mon con Fanfare (como por ejemplo el "Barrio Lejano" de Jiro Taniguchi), para sumar tres nominaciones. Entre los que acumulan mayor número de nominaciones, cinco para Naoki Urasawa por "20th Century Boys" y "Pluto", cuatro para "Asterios Polyp" de David Mazzucchelli publicada por Pantheon, tres para "My mommy is in America and she met Buffalo Bill" de los franceses Jean Regnaud y Émile Bravo o "The Book of Genesis" del eterno Robert Crumb,… DC Comics acumula 20 nominaciones, Fantagraphics Books tiene 17,… y Marvel Comics se queda solamente con ocho.
El jurado, formado por Craig Fischer, Francisca Goldsmith, John Hogan, James Hudnall y Wayne Winsett, dará a conocer su veredico en la gala que se celebrará el próximo 23 de Julio del 2010.
